2. Description of Service

NovaPlex provides a streaming platform that allows users to watch movies, TV series, and live television channels. The service requires account registration to access playback features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features
  • Distribute, modify, or reproduce any content from the platform
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Content

All content available on NovaPlex is provided for personal, non-commercial streaming only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

The NovaPlex name, logo, and all related marks are our property. All content provided through the service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NovaPlex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Subscription & Payments

NovaPlex offers paid subscription plans for enhanced access to content. By subscribing you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are non-transferable
  • Payment is accepted via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards
  • Subscriptions are activated upon manual payment verification by our team
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are available in limited circumstances. Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. In general, refunds are only issued for verified technical errors, duplicate charges, or unused subscriptions within 24 hours of activation.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
